Why Choose Bodywork Creative?

At Bodywork Creative, I believe the human body is wonderfully designed by God with an incredible capacity to heal. My role is not to force that healing, but to support the way your body was created to function—reducing restrictions, encouraging healthy movement, improving circulation, calming the nervous system, and supporting the lymphatic system.

With more than 30 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Post-Surgical Recovery, and certification as a Yoga Instructor and Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, I bring together clinical knowledge, movement expertise, and compassionate, individualized care. Every treatment is thoughtfully customized because no two bodies—or healing journeys—are exactly alike.

Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing swelling or chronic pain, experiencing limited mobility, or simply wanting to move and feel better, my goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and confident that you are receiving skilled care delivered with integrity, excellence, and genuine compassion.

Meet The Therapist, Lynn

I've always known I wanted to help people feel better in their bodies. Growing up with a stepmom who used a wheelchair, I saw firsthand how physical limitations can affect every part of life. That experience planted a desire in me at an early age to serve others through compassionate, hands-on care.

I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 1994, and early in my career I worked alongside chiropractors, where I developed a deep appreciation for how the body moves and heals. In 1996, I trained in Myofascial Release—long before fascia became a familiar topic in healthcare. Even then, I was fascinated by the body's interconnected design and the incredible impact that restoring healthy movement could have on pain and function.

Outside of the treatment room, I've always loved movement. From dance and yoga to running, I've spent much of my life exploring how the body was created to move. That curiosity has never faded. I'm continually learning, researching, and expanding my understanding because the human body never ceases to amaze me.

My faith is central to the way I view my work. I believe God designed our bodies with an extraordinary ability to heal, and I consider it a privilege to partner with that design rather than work against it. Every client reminds me of the complexity, resilience, and beauty of the human body.

Interestingly, I found Manual Lymphatic Drainage almost by accident. I was searching for a technique that would be gentler on my own body and allow me to continue doing the work I love for many years to come. What I discovered was so much more than a new modality—it was a completely new appreciation for the lymphatic system and its vital role in healing. The more I learn, the more passionate I become about helping clients recover from surgery, reduce swelling, improve mobility, and support their body's natural healing process.

Today, Bodywork Creative is the culmination of over three decades of experience, continual education, and a genuine passion for helping people move better, heal well, and feel at home in their bodies. It is an honor to walk alongside each client on their journey toward better health.
