MLD may help reduce swelling, puffiness and tissue congestion while supporting relaxation and overall wellness. Sessions may also be appropriate for clients managing lymphedema, lipedema or swelling related to certain injuries and health conditions.

Post-Surgical Recovery Therapy is specialized, individualized bodywork designed to support the body during the first 16 weeks of healing after surgery. Each session is guided by your procedure, stage of recovery, current symptoms, surgeon’s recommendations, and how your tissues are healing. Care may include Manual Lymphatic Drainage, gentle scar and fibrosis work, myofascial techniques, red or near-infrared light therapy, microcurrent, cupping, gua sha, assisted stretching, or massage when appropriate. Not every technique is used during every appointment—your care evolves as your body heals.

Therapeutic Massage is a customized bodywork session designed around what your body needs that day. Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, and myofascial release all fall within this category and may be blended throughout your session. Pressure and techniques are adjusted to your comfort, goals, and tissue response—there is no one-size-fits-all treatment.

Therapeutic Mat Bodywork is a fully clothed, individualized session performed on a comfortable padded mat. It blends assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, gentle rocking, joint movement, massage techniques, and mindful positioning to help reduce tension and encourage more comfortable movement. Drawing from Lynn’s extensive massage experience and training in yoga, stretching, and traditional mat-based bodywork, each session is adapted to your mobility, comfort level, and goals. This is therapeutic bodywork—not a yoga class or a spiritual practice.

Combining techniques from yoga and Thai Yoga Massage, this focused add-on uses gentle, guided stretching to address stiffness, improve mobility, and help you move more comfortably after your muscles and connective tissues have been warmed and relaxed.

Add targeted Theragun percussion therapy to your massage for extra attention to tight, overworked muscles. The rapid, rhythmic pulses help warm the tissues, ease muscular tension, and prepare stubborn areas for more focused hands-on work. Intensity is always adjusted to your comfort.

Cupping
Add cupping to your massage for focused attention to areas of muscular and fascial tension. Gentle suction lifts the tissues rather than compressing them, helping create space and encourage more comfortable movement. Cups may be moved or left briefly in place, and temporary circular marks can sometimes occur.

Kinesiology Tape
Add kinesiology taping to your session for gentle, ongoing support after you leave. Depending on the application, the flexible tape may support comfortable movement, ease strain on overworked tissues, or assist with localized swelling. Tape can typically remain in place for several days but should be removed if skin irritation occurs.
