Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
What is it?
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, specialized treatment designed to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid and help ease swelling, puffiness, fullness, and heaviness. Unlike traditional massage, MLD uses very light, rhythmic, and precise movements because the lymphatic vessels lie just beneath the skin and do not require deep pressure. Each deeply relaxing session is customized to what your body is presenting that day, supporting both lymphatic function and overall wellness.
